Availability
The club is available for UNM department and private rental outside of our regular operating hours Monday-Sunday. Food, beverages, and bar service can be added to your event. Use our online reservation request form
to check availability. Our bookings include set up and clean up of the space, food, and beverages.
The University Club is catered exclusively through UNM Catering.

Current Rates
Rental fees are payable by department index, check, or cash. Fees or index number is due prior to your event. Clients may decorate or personalize the space within their access time. Additional time may be added on a prorated basis to extend the event duration or to provide decorating access.
Members
- Full-Club: Discounted club fee: $200/3hr block
- Conference rooms: Complimentary 2-hour booking during regular business hours (depending on availability)
- reservations exceeding 2 hours, will be charged $20/hr each hour thereafter
Non-Members
- Full-Club Fee: $250/3hr block
- Conference Rooms: during regular business hours for a fee of $40/hr (depending on availability)
Weekends/Summer Daily Rate: $500 per day
Monday - Friday Daily Rate*: $700 per day
*Note: Subject to approval based on business volume and availability.
Full Bar Service Fees (Beer, wine and spirit selections available) $50 per hour/per bartender (Groups of 60+ guests may require additional bartenders. Subject to approval based on guest count and event type. Charges are added to your catering invoice. Please request a bartender when placing your catering order.
